What has been a significant highlight of working at SKT?

The highlight of working at SKT is our TEAM SKT. We are a family @ TEAM SKT and strive to keep this FLAG of SKT flying higher and higher. I would say that I am very blessed to Lead a Team which is so focused and dedicated towards their responsibilities and with a positive approach and attitude.

Who or What inspires you?

Our CEO Mr. Daniel and COO Mrs. Dorothy are source of my inspiration. Their Hard work, dedication, perseverance and the team work is their biggest Asset. We are fortunate to have a leadership team who are Simple, Humble, Caring, dedicated and focused. Their energy is what inspires me a lot and I wish to have the similar energy within me.

What is the proudest moment in your professional career & personal life?

There are many proudest moments in my Professional career. The most memorable would be as follows :

. When we won one of the biggest order for Pressac Networking in Ministry of Defence after a long struggle.
. When we won our first big order for MCT BRATTBERG.
. When we won our first international order for CUBIS MULTIDUCT.
. When we won Oman International Container Data Centre for Canovate beating all other big names in the Industry and later successfully implementing the same to the complete satisfaction of the client and coming out in flying colors.

These are just a few moments in a small nutshell.

 

Proudest Moment in my Personal Life : When I got my parents to Oman. It was a first time for my parents to visit any country other than their native. When they landed to this country and when I drove them from the airport to my house along with my wife and kid, I was really happy and proud. It was nothing but a dream come true for me.

Name an interesting thing you have learned during the recent quarantine

Lot of things I have learnt in this quarantine. The most important thing is to keep myself healthy and focussed. When I mean healthy not just physically but mentally and spiritually. I have learnt not to take things for granted and make use of the time which we have or which we get to the best of our capacity. Those 3 months of quarantine told us, that our work is important so as our health and family. We should learn how to strike a balance between them to be successful.
